All proceeds from pitch fees and Scout refreshment stalls directly support our Scouts and Explorers as they raise funds for life-changing international scouting expeditions, including the World Scout Jamboree and Hampshire Scouts’ Project 27.

Seller Pitch Fee: £10 per pitch (Pre-booking required); £14 on the day
Seller Arrival: 07:30 AM for setup
Public Entry: 08:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Buyer Entry: Suggested £1 donation at the car park entrances
Facilities: Hot drinks, bacon rolls, and snacks served by our Scouts/Explorers, plus toilets on-site.

Pitches are limited and must be booked in advance via our secure Square online checkout system.

Setup: Arrive during the seller arrival window. Pitch locations are allocated on arrival.
Important Information & T&Cs:
By attending or booking a pitch, sellers agree to the following:
Sellers must arrive from 7:30am and follow instructions from event marshals at all times.
Cars will be allocated 1.5 car parking spaces. Vans will be allocated 2 spaces.
Sellers may have one table at the rear of their vehicle and 2–3 tables alongside the car, provided they remain within their allocated space.
No pre-selling is allowed before the event opens to the public at 8:30am.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all items offered for sale are legal, safe and suitable for sale.
No offensive, illegal or restricted items may be offered for sale.
Sellers must keep their pitch within the space allocated and ensure it is set up safely.
No vehicle movement is permitted without a guide.
All unsold items, packaging and waste must be removed at the end of the event.
Advance booking is recommended. No refunds will be given for pre-booked slots not taken.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Children must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if event rules are not followed or behaviour is inappropriate.
Buyers and sellers attend at their own risk.
Attending an international Scouting event is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our young people. It teaches leadership, resilience, and global citizenship. By selling, buying, or grabbing a bacon roll at our car boot sale, you are directly reducing the cost for local Scouts and Explorers to attend these incredible overseas events!
